ONLINE & IN-PERSON RETURNS

Please note all sale items, custom pieces such as charm bracelets, Made To Order items, and gift cards are a FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns/exchanges on these pieces. This includes product purchased during any sale/promotional season.

All our gold-filled, sterling silver, gold-plated pieces are eligible for a store credit or exchange only within 14 days of delivery.

Canadian returns are subject to a $9.95 fee for the return shipping label via Canada Post. This amount will be deducted from your store credit or refund. 

USA returns are subject to a $14 fee for the return shipping label via Canada Post. This amount will be deducted from your store credit or refund.

No shipping costs or shipping protection insurance fees are refunded or credited.

If in the event you should receive your order and it is damaged or you received the incorrect item, we will provide you with a return shipping label and issue you a replacement or ship out the correct item. Please note that we are not responsible for individual reactions to our products, as everyone’s skin chemistry can interact differently with metals.

REPAIRS

For all repair inquiries, please email orkagems@outlook.com. Please include your name, description of the repair required, photo of the damage, and proof of purchase (order #). 

All repairs are subject to shipping charges.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
